There are many car dealers who would've told me my transmission was bad and I needed a new one and I would not have known the difference. Thank you DCH for being honest! Chris H. worked hard for our money. Naeem not so much. Chris Heimink was very professional and patient with us as we shifted our decision to buy a brand new car to a gently used one. Chris was willing to answer all of our questions and encouraged us to stay loyal to Toyota of Wappingers. Naeem dropped the ball with our financing. He (supposedly) faxed the car information to Capital Communications FCU but they never recieved anything. The frustrating part was that he didn't even attempt to stay on top of it. It wasn't until we contacted Chris a week later that the ball got rolling again. Naeem seemed a little disinterested in us as customers and when we came in to sign paperwork - we were left waiting for about an hour. While Chris was apologetic, Naeem was not. However - he DID have all the financial paperwork in order and once we got into his office, finishing the purchase of our automobile went smoothly. More
