My recent experience with my indie toon was excellent. The inspection was timely and there were no found issues. Recent service was for a clubking when I turned the steering wheel. Issue quickly diagnosed, part ordered, service done. The service personal we’re very nice. The courteousy driver is always prompt. Highlander drives better than before. More

Pleasant Service Advisor, poor work. Brought my Prius in for an oil change and NYS inspection. Was advised that the brake fluid needed to be changed and the front brake pads needed to be Brought my Prius in for an oil change and NYS inspection. Was advised that the brake fluid needed to be changed and the front brake pads needed to be replaced. I had the work done with a $500 plus bill. The next morning, the garage floor had a fluid stain on the floor. Thinking it was motor oil, I raised the Prius and checked for oil leaks. None was found. I looked at the brake fluid reservoir and noticed it was wet with brake fluid. I cleaned off as much brake fluid as I could. The next day I noticed it was still leaking. I brought the Prius back to service and was told that it was overfilled with brake fluid because the technician changed the brake fluid before replacing the brake pads. For $500 I would expect the technician to be properly trained on what service to perform first. Pleasant Service Advisor, poor technical training! More
Brake Service I brought 2015 Rav4 in for State Inspection and was informed that brake pads and rotors were needed on front wheels to pass inspection. Had been informed on prior service visit that brake service would be needed as car was nearing almost 40, 000 miles. Gave green light for brake service to pass inspection and service was performed promptly. More

The car was factory ordered in December, assembled on 1/26 and delivered on 2/14/18. David was communicative the whole way, letting me know where the vehicle was during the allocation process. Once the vehicle arrived, Robert was able to assist with Financing through Toyota, providing a much better rate than my credit union. All of the options were selected, and all coverage options were offered and explained thoroughly. Daryl was briefed on the whole process, getting everything taken care of on the back end, and congratulating me on the purchase of the new vehicle. A painless process purchasing a vehicle, and support after as well. There appears to be a defect near my windshield (5 days into ownership), and some light body work may be required. A 5 minute visit is all it took for it to be reviewed, and awaiting a call back to schedule the repair. Great experience thus far and hope to continue doing business with this dealership and staff! More
