insulting and outrageous I came in for a recall item, the passenger air bag. When I came in I spoke spoke to Mike. He asked if I needed anything else, oil change etc. I repl I came in for a recall item, the passenger air bag. When I came in I spoke spoke to Mike. He asked if I needed anything else, oil change etc. I replied no, nothing else. He said it would take approximately 2 hours to re-place the air bag. A half hour later He approached me with $865 worth of recommended repairs when I already told him I needed nothing else. So the first thirty minutes was spent going over the car looking for things to sell me. The car did not need a brake fluid change, new spark plugs, fuel injection service, or transmission fluid service. It did need license plate bulbs. So I had those re-placed. The rest was insulting to my intelligence. That if why I never go to DCH for routine service. Now this is no reflection on Mike who was courteous and doing his job as trained. My gripe is with DCH policy to go over the entire car when I said I was just there for the air bag. A half hour later,(one hour total) The car was ready. So the air bag only took less than an hour not two. The other hour was reserved in case I was stupid enough to authorize $865 in unnecessary repairs. I don't appreciate the tactics used to sell the customer. More

Purchase of a new Tundra After moving some distance away from DCH Wappingers Toyota, I decided to reach out to Lee Burns and his team, when I decided to purchase another new T After moving some distance away from DCH Wappingers Toyota, I decided to reach out to Lee Burns and his team, when I decided to purchase another new Tundra. I did this for two reasons; I was disappointed at the level of service from my closer dealership and, secondly, I was already a big fan of Lee and his crew from a prior sale. In fact, I also made several referrals to family and friends, based on my initial experience. After another outstanding experience, I wouldn’t even consider another dealership, no matter how far I hade to drive. They provide such a great level of service, in a fun, respectful and professional environment. Lee has figured “it” out and has mentored his staff to pass “it” along to his customers. Keep up the good work and I will see you again. More
