Pleasantly surprised I recently stopped in for service on my Avalon. I had the pleasure of being assisted Michael Giordano, the assistant Service Manager. Michael was very courteous and listened attentively to my concerns with my car relating to the service needed. He put me at ease quickly and once the car work was completed, was very thorough in going over what was done relative to my concerns. I was quite happy with the way I was treated. To make matters better, there was no charge for the state inspection, and I was given a coupon for a car wash to boot! It's so nice when a dealership goes the extra yard for a customer like that.
