Robert was great! Worked very well with me to get me in a car that he knew I would love. I am so satisfied with DCH wappingers toyota. before i purchased the car i was informed that if i had to trade the car i had 3-5 days to do so with money back no obligations guarenteed. Well, I didnt set purchased the car i was informed that if i had to trade the car i had 3-5 days to do so with money back no obligations guarenteed. Well, I didnt set out to put them to the test, it just so happened that after i put my family into the car i realized it was a bit smaller than I aticipated. I went back two days later, feeling crappy about having to have them do all the paper work again, but they were true to their word. With no attitude, they let me pick out another car to my satisfaction, all went smooth, I drove away with a bigger car and a happier customer. I recommend Toyota to anyone.
