In 40+ years, I would say this is the best car buying experience we've ever had. The price was lower than Edmunds.com quoted for the area and included 3 options, 0% financing for 5 years and the friendl experience we've ever had. If she didn't know an answer she went and got it for us. We ended up leasing a 2014 Highlander. Upon arriving on the lot, Mike Steinke was the first sales person that came out to greet me. Friendly, courteous and very helpful, he listened to what I had to say, and steered me to the right vehicle to suit my needs. Although quite knowledgeable about the vehicle, not once did he push the product upon me. Mike was very patient with me and answered all of my questions, and even gave me some info on stuff that I didn’t even think about in order to make a sound decision.
