With the assistance of the sales mgr., Mr Darryl Callahan, we were able to negotiate a lease price. The day after my wife and I signed all the paperwork we decided we needed to alter the lease agreement. Michael and Darryl worked with me and Toyota Financial to get this done. They could of just told me that it was not possible but they spent the time and effort to work with Toyota Financial to assure my satisfaction! More
