I had a truly exceptional experience in purchasing a used car at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota on September 22, 2011. This is the second time my household has purchased a used vehicle from this business, and even though the first time was an excellent experience in customer service and satisfaction, this time the team managed to exceed expectations in every way. I arrived at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota in a car that had served me well for 7 years, but had seen better days. Since this was a second car, rather than the primary vehicle, and as I did not expect to put many miles on per year, I simply wanted a reliable. smaller used SUV to run errands in my local neighborhood. Rolando Dones listened carefully to what I wanted, the payment I was interested in assuming, and did not try to push me towards anything beyond what I was interested in spending. He knew the available vehicles and he clearly heard what my needs were and respected me in the process of looking, and then test-driving those I was interested in pursuing. I am convinced there is no automobile sales company anywhere that can match DCH Wappingers Hills Toyota for the quality of customer service I have experienced, now, twice with them. I was extremely picky in what type of truck I wanted and Rich was able to locate one after two weeks of searching. One funny thing - when we went to see Neil to sign the paperwork, he recognized my husband as someone who used to work with his father probably 40 years ago! It was nice for me to listen to them talk about those times. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!
