The service department is absolutely wonderful. Rob took care of my issue like I was a family member. Going above and beyond to assure I was satisfied and the problem resolved. I’ve purchased both of my Tundra’s from them. Mostly due to them having in stock what I was looking for. Neither sales experience was great. More of a cold transaction than anything else. I figured being a repeat customer would make things with them a little different but it didn’t. My previous salesman from 2020 was no longer employed so possibly my most recent one was new. Paid cash for the truck so the finance guy just wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle and they have it in stock then go for it. More
