I came in to have it serviced. Oil change and tire rotation. The fluids were supposed to be topped off as the service person said it's complimentary but it was not. Attention to smallish details have slipped through the cracks for my experiences. In addition to a few others this latest episode has been mildly off putting. A part was ordered for my car when I brought it in for servicing with the promist that, "We'll call you when it comes in and schedule for you coming back in. It should be in on Tuesday." When Tuesday came, no call. So I gave them two days. On Thursday I called the parts department to inquire and was told it was in. I can't help but wonder how long I might have waited for the call if I hadn't done it myself. A big deal? Not really. but in addition to a few episodes I have been through it gives me pause whenever they do service on my car. The people are cordial and professional that I have dealt with but a few things have happened that I can best call "Minor Irritations". More
