Worst experience I’ve ever had. Was treated terribly by Evin in the service center. Will not return. He was extremely rude, felt like he wasn’t telling the whole truth when explaining services needed. Felt Evin in the service center. Will not return. I have bought both my cars at Toyota and always come for services. I will not be returning because of this experience. I have told several people about my experience, some of which agree they’ve had the same experience with Evin. He is the opposite of a person you should have working in your service department. People deserve honest and fair treatment and I did not receive that. More
