Paint was peeling on my 2013 RAV4, on some areas of my car. I spoke with Ben Carlson (operations manager) , at dealership. He was able to get approval for repairs to be done on my car , for the defective car. I spoke with Ben Carlson (operations manager) , at dealership. He was able to get approval for repairs to be done on my car , for the defective paint. He expedited the process, and got the approval very fast. Work was done at an auto body shop in my area, which was very convenient. Car looks great now, almost like new. Ben came through for me, and I would highly recommend him, and his dealership.
