Competant and courteous. However staff should give customers a more accurate of the time a repair will take. Not a good idea to tell a customer 5 minutes and take 50. Service department were failing to have urgent recall parts ready for repairing my 2019 Avalon on appointment date. It is no big deal, I can rescheduled and have somebody pick up and drop me off .Howeve parts ready for repairing my 2019 Avalon on appointment date. I referred my son, father in-law and a Doctor bought a Toyota Tundra, a rave 4 and a Runner at your dealer. They also had bad experiences such as no oil add to engine and heavy oil leak inside garage after oil change. Please review your online schedule service needs and order parts before appointment. Furthermore, please review your internal communications and safety inspection procedures. More
