Effortless, stress free visit Brought my new Sequoia in for a 5k checkup... also, they performed a recall .. software update for airbags.... and, found a nail in one of my tires Brought my new Sequoia in for a 5k checkup... also, they performed a recall .. software update for airbags.... and, found a nail in one of my tires and remedied that as well... without any involvement on my behalf.. and great lounge with wifi allowed me to work & do emails while I waited... large and plenty of room for all... and clean, comfortable chairs.. bravo! Pushy service rep Evin greeted me with food in his mouth and spoke to me through his breakfast yesterday. Then he proceeded to recommend services that are not required Evin greeted me with food in his mouth and spoke to me through his breakfast yesterday. Then he proceeded to recommend services that are not required in the service manual for my mileage. When I turned him down, he kept pushing that he was right and even said to me as I had just finished paying that NY State is considered severe driving conditions. The manual mentions towing, roof-top carriers, and several short trips in freezing temps as severe and I don’t do those things. I said no. You should just make a note on the report I get that you recommend those services. DCH always handles my vehicle with care and respect, and their mechanics have always been top notch. Evin was a poor face of a company that prides itself on service. More
