I am a handicapped individual who uses a walker to get around. Everytime I come to the dealership to get my Rav4 serviced it is a completely pleasurable experience. Everyone is so courteous and friendly around. Everytime I come to the dealership to get my Rav4 serviced it is a completely pleasurable experience. Everyone is so courteous and friendly and when they see me walking toward the door with my walker, they always come out and hold the door open for me. The service area's waiting room is up two stairs that I cannot climb so instead I sit on my walker in the little hallway. The service advisors and mechanics are all super super nice, but Matthew Gaynor in particular always goes above and beyond. He always asks me if I'd like coffee or a magazine from the waiting room, he always makes sure my car is brought around to the door so I don't have to walk very far. I have never felt so valued as a customer at any other dealership I've dealt with in my lifetime. Even though I bought my car almost two years ago, the salesman that I dealt with, Michael, still calls to see if I'm enjoying my purchase to which my answer is always a resounding YES!!!! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! More

When going on a road trip I decided to take my minivan in to have an oil change and get a “once over”. While the van was in the garage I received a call from Crystal Costa who was very professional and patie to have an oil change and get a “once over”. She informed me that some minor repairs needed to be done but assured me the van would be ready by the weekend for my trip. Thank you for your quick service which got me and my family safely to South Carolina. Crystal is friendly and provided very attentive customer service. She worked within my schedule and my budget. I leased my Toyota Sienna Minivan 3 years ago and have just recently bought it outright. Crystal is the only service representive that I have dealt with in my 15 years of car ownership that has taken the just recently bought it outright. I am a mom of 4 children and keep my minivan serviced, as required to ensure my family is safe. Crystal has always been curtious, friendly and professional. She really cares about her customers and goes the extra mile to make sure every service appointment at DCH is a pleasurable one. Service, both getting to speak to someone and the repair itself, is always prompt. Work done is what was agreed on. Cheerful, neat, courteous staff know me, among hundreds of other customers, by name. Waiting room and restroom facilities are clean and well lit. Waiting room provides fresh coffee and neat rows of current magazines, a more subtle way of showing customer consideration and pride in the facility's presentation. Labor costs seem competitive. Toyota parts are pricey but I would rather have the assurance of Toyota quality than the uncertainty of other manufacturers. Similar to dental visits, no one likes even routine car maintenance, but Jeff, Crystal, Karen and the dealership's team of mechanics make this necessity actually enjoyable. More
