Update - After 2 days of leaving messages, I called back on day 3 and did speak to Doug. He was rude and unprofessional on how he answered the phone and spoke to me initially, as if he never really wanted or expected me to respond, but eventually he did hear me out and allowed me to explain what happened. At the end of the phone call he asked if he could call me back in 5 minutes. Needless to say I never heard back from him. About a week later I decided to swallow my pride and call him again to see if maybe he just forgot to get back to me. He did answer the phone right away this time. I inquired why he didn’t get back to me and he said after talking to his guys, it sounds like it’s “he said, he said”. I told him this was not a he said, he said situation and his guys know it. He responded by saying either way it’s not a favorable deal so he’s not doing it. I didn’t argue at that point and just hung up. Between my parents, my sister and brother in-law, and myself, my family had leased well over 15 cars with them and this is the treatment I got. They are a bottom line dealership who couldn’t care less about the customer and has really gone downhill. That’s why it’s always empty in there. On the bright side, someone recommended to me to Anthony of NYC Plug leasing company. Within days, he got me into a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited, for a great price. So in the end it all worked out. I would highly recommend Anthony and his company but Dana Ford lost 6 loyal customers in one shot. I’m sure that this review will quickly be buried by a bunch of “totally legit” positive reviews, as all the other negative reviews are, but I recommend anyone who sees this never use this dealership.
