I made an appointment to have my F150 serviced in June they told me they’re backed up until August so I took the appointment. Then I got a call a few weeks before to tell me they had to cancel my appointm they told me they’re backed up until August so I took the appointment. So I told the lady how do I know you won’t cancel on me then? She agreed with me and said it could happen. So I told her to forget about it. How is this possible? My wife and I did our research on the truck we wanted to purchase so that we didn't have to go look at the cars on the lot. We had the stock number already so we came prepared to buy. Our salesman came to us, walked us to the truck we liked it came back the following day and purchased the truck. One thing I forgot to do was to check the truck on the exterior three times. Our salesman honestly just brought us paperwork to sign, and then walked us to the cashier to finalize the sale. It was probably his easiest day of work. More
