At this point it’s really too late to fix. I was not happy. I did a lot of sitting by myself at a desk waiting and waiting and waiting. What kills Me is that I said on the phone I was on my way and I’ll be there in 3 hours. ( I live in East Hampton Long Island) I was the only person when I got there in your show room Waiting to buy a car. I had the check and My trade in all set. To Me this is a slam dunk. 1 hour in total should have been the deal. Not 3 ! To be honest with you if I lived closer To your dealership I would have left , but after investing a 3 hour trip and changing my schedule I wasn’t gonna walk. I have bought 4 cars in the past 10 Years out here where I live. Not one of those purchase’s took longer than 1 hour. I felt it odd that I had to go from Salesman’s desk , then pick up My paperwork and then walk to insurance guys desk, then back to salesman’s desk , then look at car , then walk back to salesman’s desk then to financial guys desk , then to the cashier , the. To salesman’s desk then back to insurance guys desk. You can see why it took 3 hours. I hope you fix this for future clients. I love the car , but I would never recommend you guys. In fact one of my students was interested and I told her of My experience and I thought she was gonna faint. I’m a pretty fair guy , but this left a real bad taste in my mouth as you can tell. Good luck with your business. You have a nice place , but you guys really dropped the ball on this. My total time at your place was 3:15 minutes. Plus I had to drive back to Long Island on a Friday night. Not fun ! Almost 4 hours. Unhappy customer I am For sure. Mark
