Sales wise they are easy to deal with. Service wise they suck xxx. You wait atleast a month for an appointment only to get there and find out it will still be days before they even look at Service wise they suck xxx. Now all that might be bearable if they supplied a loaner car, but they don't. Atleast not if your lease is a Ford. If you got the more expensive Lincoln they will take care of you.
