Felix has been my contact and has done everything he can to make sure my truck, that has been in your shop since November 1,2021, is fixed due to recall issues. Well they really don’t the right information about the convenience or not buying a full electric car or how you are going to charge your car if you don’t have the money to spend on a $5,000 on the new 240 convenience or not buying a full electric car or how you are going to charge your car if you don’t have the money to spend on a $5,000 on the new 240 V 40 amp you need in order to charge your car over night Also they don’t tell you from the maybe 50 Tesla charges in Staten Island you can’t use anyone of them Plus even they don’t tell you the right information about the points you’ll get on your ford pass rewards The sales manager, the sales person and the finance manager tells you about you are going to get 42,000 points in your ford pass account buying a brand new car from FORD but after the application on the program the Ford pass department tell you they only are going to give you after 30 days of process (which is ok ) only 22,000 and if I want the other 20,000 points I’ll have to deal with this people in Dana ( which is still pending and I don’t know if the the General Manager of Dana will fix this missing points) More
