When I got There I was told they did not Have the part. Not available yet. BUT I received a letter saying parts are available. Are the parts available or not. That is the question. It's a Recall brake problem which I think is very important. I am not happy that the Recall Did not get fixed... Also have a Recall on my Lincoln MKX again. Airbag again. Mike my service advisor was excellent. My vehicle was in for recalls and he explained everything that needed to be completed. He provided me a truthful explanation for the time required to complete and upda for recalls and he explained everything that needed to be completed.
