In 2016 I leased a Ford Explorer. My monthly payment was upwards of $500 a month. In 2018, I was asked to trade in the vehicle early as a curiosity and downgraded to a Ford ecosport due to my needs at that upwards of $500 a month. I was informed that any assessed damage fees would be waived and slapped with a $1,200 bill several weeks later. In August of 2019, I needed immediate service to my vehicle due to a cracked rim. It took the dealership 10 days to replace a tire. I was told several times that my vehicle was being worked on, however, after ulitizing the Ford application, I observed the consistent change in PSI over a several day period from 30 to 8. I believe with absolute certainty that vehicle was never worked on and furthermore I find it absolutely outrageous that it took over a 10 day period to replace a tire and rim. My greatest experience with Dana Ford was getting rid of my Ford. If I could rate my experience with Dana Ford in 2019. I would give it zero stars. I'm Excited to be completely done with this dealership. Additionally, I was only offered a courtesy vehicle after 7 days after I returned the Ecosport in August of 2019 the rim and tire repair. Miraculously, my vehicle was ready 2 days later because the courtesy vehicle needed to be returned. More

I’ve bought one vehicle there and very pleased with the sales and finance departments. Service is another story I will NOT buy my next car from Dana because of the service department. I’m going to see if the money I paid for the extended warranty can be refunded. A repair was to be made under the warranty but still waiting. After almost a month I inquire. Told the part was ordered. Another month goes by finally told the part was on back order and would be in the dealership “the end of next week”. That was right before Labor Day. So it’s 6 weeks and counting waiting for the “it’ll be in by the end of next week”. Like I said the service department has caused sales to lose a customer. Already looking elsewhere More
This is my second lease, but never needed service. Check engine light came on in my Ford Fusion .called for appointment in august and was given October date. Cannot inspect without light. Light came back on .and appt. 3 weeks away. Brought car on September 29, no loaner and did not get back till 10/02. One day later light is back. Brought back 10/5. No one calls to tell you anything, I called NUMEROUS times, getting a run around for answers. No loaner available again! Finally got car back on 10/9, with 45 miles added to my mileage. Did they use my car for loaner???do they not have enough help or competent help? It was a terribly frustrating experience I hope to never repeat. Keith Curran is manager and should check into this. Overall this is a good dealership and there are several excellent team members. However, based on my last experience I cannot rate this dealership five stars. Unfortunately, during my last visit good customer service was lacking and I was directly told that my loyalty means nothing to them. This dealership can use a few more lessons in providing good customer service and keeping their customers happy. More
