I was just called by Felix very upset on the phone over my review. Don’t understand what’s going on here.. I was asked to leave a truthful review of my experience and jumped on over the phone by Felix that thought it was fine to hand me a hand written receipt because didn’t feel comfortable leaving the service department without one smh.. I never had this happen to me at a dealership now he sarcastically said before hanging up the phone we have to “now” wait and see when can I get you back in to fix your vehicle..
