My 4 month old lease has been at service for 8 days already and I call every single day trying to get an ETA or rather some sort of idea of what’s wrong. I cannot get in contact with anyone and am told already and I call every single day trying to get an ETA or rather some sort of idea of what’s wrong. I cannot get in contact with anyone and am told my “service provider is busy and will call me back later.” They have not called me back ONCE. It’s one thing that my brand new 2023 lease has a problem, but to call repeatedly and not get any answers is downright unacceptable. I’ve yet to get an actual answer on what’s going on. I have multiple referrals for Dana Ford as my family has leased from Ford and Lincoln for years. No longer can I recommend this dealer and have lost me as a customer going forward. More
