Dana had my car for 4 months, during that time I never received any updates from Dana regarding the status of the repair. After picking up the car, the problem still existed, I called John to request foll received any updates from Dana regarding the status of the repair. I would not recommend this dealer because there are electrical problems with my newly purchased truck. And nobody from the dealership called to provide any customer service to. Everytime I tried to mak electrical problems with my newly purchased truck. And nobody from the dealership called to provide any customer service to. Everytime I tried to make an appointment for something that's an emergency, it was so difficult to make an appointment for an emergency situation. I understand that these problems may not represent the dealership, it may have come from the manufacturer. However, the dealership is representing Fords. There is a lot going on with my purchase and my experience with the service department. This truly reveals that this is merely a business transaction at least from the dealer side. More
So I needed to get an oil change and a repair done on my MKC SUV. I called today 11/01/2023. The first available date they could give me was JUNE 3, 2024. I am not joking. So I said what I just wanted t MKC SUV. I called today 11/01/2023. The first available date they could give me was JUNE 3, 2024. I am not joking. So I said what I just wanted the OIL CHANGE???? She said it would be the same date. HOW CAN THAT POSSIBLY BE ACCEPTABLE. What if my car was not drivable..... would I have to wait until JUNE to have a car to drive. For this reason I would never again consider a Lincoln.... since I live on Staten Island and there are no other Lincoln dealers here. More
