I’ve purchased 3 cars from this dealership and never serviced it here until now. Prompt and fast oil change but staff wasn’t too friendly upon arrival so it made me feel unwelcome. This was my first time using your services and it was a bit confusing. No one explained how the check in and check out process worked so I didn’t know what to do when I go there or when I needed to pay. W bit confusing.
