I recently had my car in for an annual multi-point inspection and to assess a strange noise I had heard. I love the fact that Davis Acura keeps track of when this is needed and sends me a reminder. Once you have made the appointment they are in touch with you every step of the way. The check-in process is so easy. I waited in their very comfortable customer lounge and once my car was checked my technician , Craig Siefken, came to me with a status report( written) which he went over with me. I needed some brake work which required me to leave my car overnight. Craig arranged for me to have a beautiful loaner car and also took care of contacting my warranty provider to take care of what qualified for coverage. All the people there are professional and friendly and treat you as a valued customer, which is sometimes a rarity these days. When my car was finished I returned the loaner and received my car fully washed and clean!! I highly recommend this dealership and applaud their staff! More

I had my vehicle, a 2010 TL in for service. It needed front struts. I was going to have a problem getting back and forth to work but chris Yates was able to secure a loaner for me front struts. I worked with Service Adviser, Jason Thomas, for oil change, tire rotation and State Inspection, on my MDX. I noticed some nicks on the rear passenger side of the vehicle, that were not there before change, tire rotation and State Inspection, on my MDX. I noticed some nicks on the rear passenger side of the vehicle, that were not there before when I brought the car in. I pointed it out to Jason. He contacted the Service Manager. They immediately said they would send to body shop for repair. I took the car in the following Tuesday, was given a loaner car to use. Very pleased with the way this was handled by Jason and the Service Mgr. at Davis! More
