Would have given 5 if they kept their word with keeping car clean. I mentioned that my car was detailed and should be kept clean when dropping off my car. Service rep. stated that they would not want to pa car clean. I mentioned that my car was detailed and should be kept clean when dropping off my car. Service people were not attentive. Had an oil change and tire rotation and my car was returned with all tires under pressured by 4 to 11 pounds. This was after I made sure that all of my tires were at the exact manufactures suggested pressure before bringing the vehicle in for service. It now spears that one of my tires has a slow leak. If you can’t get the tire pressure right, what else could they have missed! More
