Took my brand new car in for 1st service, tire rotation and what ever else needed for first service. My service was set to be done Saturday I dropped of Friday and 30 minutes after I dropped off on Friday and what ever else needed for first service. My service was set to be done Saturday I dropped of Friday and 30 minutes after I dropped off on Friday it was ready. I picked up next day as scheduled as I had a ride on Saturday already lined up. They did not clean or vacuum and I doubt they even did the 1st 5000 mile service. More

The only reason this is not a 5 star is because I paid for oil changes and tire rotations when I bought my car. Apparently they put it in the system as conventional oil instead of synthetic, which is what for oil changes and tire rotations when I bought my car. Apparently they put it in the system as conventional oil instead of synthetic, which is what mine only takes. I was told I needed to call the other dealership to have the problem fixed. I understand it was not this dealerships mistake, but it is TOYOTA and I as a customer should not have to correct a mistake made the Toyota, no matter the dealership. More
