Great People,,, Karen was more than helpful,,, only part did not work is one of the repairs they did was leaking oil but kudos to Karen and service manager, they paid directly to Lexus dealer in Raleigh NC did not work is one of the repairs they did was leaking oil but kudos to Karen and service manager, they paid directly to Lexus dealer in Raleigh NC for correct repairs. Daytona Toyota has worked on my car several times. Mike in the tech department walked me through how to use my new car. When I had a few issues Jimmy worked on the issues and was persistent to keep lo Mike in the tech department walked me through how to use my new car. When I had a few issues Jimmy worked on the issues and was persistent to keep looking into why some issues were occuring. Karen was my service advisor and she kept me informed of the progress. Overall it has been a very good experience. Although all my issues are still not resolved with my new car. But it is definitely not any fault of Daytona Toyota. My car was rushed off an assembly line due to high demand of Hybrid Hylanders. More
