My principal criticism of the dealership is the addition of a "market adjustment price" to the sticker price of the knowledgable staff and salesmen. My principal criticism of the dealership is the addition of a "market adjustment price" to the sticker price of the car adding thousands of non-negotiable $$ to the final price. We're in Covid or post-Covid times and the dealership apparently feels if it can get away with this "adjustment", if the market will bear it, heck why not do it? I get it but if you want customer loyalty and brand loyalty, you're making (well, you've made) a mistake. I've purchased from DeCozen previously because I thought the process was fair to the dealership and the customer. That's not the case on this occasion. So, buyer beware of pricing but staff and salespeople are great and helpful. Kudos to them. More
After a upgrade to my radio the battery was dead and the radio had to be replaced. Picked up my car and the radio was on back order.
