My past recall work experience with them has been fine, so I'll chalk this up to an isolated incident, but it is troubling to think I could have lost or ruined a wheel because it was loose. More

Whatever you agree to with the sales associate is meaningless until you solidify with finance manager, even if you have already secured your own finance arrangement with an outside bank. This is a tactic used by dealerships to manipulate deals after the agreement has already been made. Also the vehicle had less than 30,000 miles on it, after I bought it I realized several regular basic maintenance issues that they ignored such as windshield wipers, bulbs, and tires. You can buy a car from them, but you need to be on your game otherwise you will get taken advantage of. More

Tom was the exception to the rule, he was great, but service receptionist in service and parts department was not. She was rude, didn’t even great me and I thanked her she didn’t respond rather called f service receptionist in service and parts department was not. She was rude, didn’t even great me and I thanked her she didn’t respond rather called for the next customer. I walked away and said thank you a second time still didn’t get acknowledged. She had the same attitude when Both times I went. I was not told my first appointment that the car would have to be left, with no waiting room I would have to leave for hours no where to go no loaner available. And even though Inhad an appointment the wait was still going to be 3 hours. I rescheduled. I understand Covid restricts us. But some people live 30 minutes away. And you are allowed 25% capacity. If you can’t give a loaner out we should be allowed to wait. Overall experience was terrible, compared to Toyota’s Service Center. At Toyota, I am always greeted. You drive right in to the center and there is someone with a clipboard who signs you in takes your keys and you don’t have to wait outside an office just to get checked in. They have 25% capacity in place and if they are full they offer you a loaner. That is customer service. I will not be returning to this facility for future work. More
When I called for help everyone was nice. Picking up my car was kinda easy just some miscommunication as to where my keys are. At least when I came to pick up my car when the lady was behind the glass she didn't wear a mask but both times I came in contact with her she put the mask on but she was the only person to do that.
