For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Damien was amazing he was quick with what he was doing funny and got me a great deal he’s Amazing at what he does!! Almost was side swiped by a vehicle being driven by a Denooyer employee cutting IFO Service entrance. No one would make eye contact with me, stood and waited, then someone finally looked bothered and tol Denooyer employee cutting IFO Service entrance. No one would make eye contact with me, stood and waited, then someone finally looked bothered and told me I was in the wrong spot, Express is over there. Sorry I put you out dude! One employee for Express doesn't work guys! Service was completed, truck parked IFO customer lounge for over 30 minutes, I finally texted the link. They had me come in, stacks of paperwork, apologetic. But, not really customer oriented. More

This dealership is the test of time as others come and go with their gimmicks and delusions this place has been around as far as I can remember when I bought my first new car in 1975.
