For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. This was hands down the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. I was able to come in, take a test drive, and receive information on the features of the vehicle. When it came to my trade in, I received an offer and explained what amount I was looking for. I received that offer without any further negotiation. I left and came back in about 2 hours and the vehicle was cleaned and ready. Signed the paperwork and we were done. The team was excellent. Customer service was great and the overall experience was stress free. I really liked that they had the vehicle make and model I was looking for on their website. I was able to get an idea of what I wanted before going into the dealership. I was also able to communicate with Gianni before going in, so I didn’t go in until the vehicle was on the lot. More

DJ was very helpful, professional and polite. I've only been for service twice, but each time the service department seems to be overbooked.
