For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. The person who I worked with, was very helpful. I have a basic maintenance appointment and advised him of a minor issue I was having with my driver-side window. He took this concern very seriously, I have a basic maintenance appointment and advised him of a minor issue I was having with my driver-side window. He took this concern very seriously, spent some time researching the issue despite the vehicle not being a Chevrolet. He presented me with multiple options and was thorough in explaining. On top of that, the service was very quick which is not always the case at some dealerships. Thanks a lot, happy to have a service plan with DeNooyer despite not having a Chevrolet. More

Duane was a great help. He was able to fit me in for 4 all new tires, an alignment, oil change and a state inspection. He told me if I dropped it off first thing in the morn He was able to fit me in for 4 all new tires, an alignment, oil change and a state inspection. He told me if I dropped it off first thing in the morning that he would have the car done by noon. He had it done by 11! More
