For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Easy to set up a Service Appointment online and I was promptly greeted by my Service Advisor Dwane Lockrow. Had an additional issue that Dwane noted and addressed immediately. Communicated within an hour of me leaving the truck what was needed and to approve the items. Repairs were done within a timely manner and was sent a message & phone call to pick up the truck. This Service Department is thorough and made sure the vehicle is repaired right the 1st time. I always would recommend Dwane Lockrow and DeNooyer's Excellent Service Team to have anything done on your Chevrolet. More

Arrived early, but this was not a problem Service Tech (Bob) mentioned a recommended service, but no pressure was given. Work was done timely. Nice, comfortable waiting area w/free beverages. Emailed with DJ about new tires and other service I needed and then stopped in to discuss the tires and service that was due. Surprisingly tires I wanted were cheaper at the Dealer than the varied tire needed and then stopped in to discuss the tires and service that was due. Surprisingly tires I wanted were cheaper at the Dealer than the varied tire shops I had canvassed by about $50 per tire so that was $100 for the set of four. DJ got me in the next day and I was out within the estimated half hour window of time he had given me for completion of all the work. Very Happy! Additionally, my Salesman, Bill Asprion, saw me and stopped to say Hello and asked how my truck was doing and if the Service Dept was treating me well and I told him all was good. This is 3 years after the sale!!! Thanks Bill. More
