I love my 2020 chevy 2500HD LTZ it was in excellent condition and the price was fair. The caveat to the while experience was just over 2 months of driving and a little over 2,000 miles I had an event with my electronic emergency brakes. They went into a fault code but I was still able to drive it and that was out of town. I came back to my local repair shop since the car dealership was over 2 hours away and had them look at it. The emergency brakes for Warren and the type of emergency brakes could very easily be overlooked. I emailed Mike and he went to the GM dick O'Malley they covered the repair to the local shop here in East Syracuse. I couldn't be more pleased with the dealership and I will return to buy my next vehicle there even though it is a two and a half hour drive for me. More

I wouldn’t ever call Richard O’Malley again! He was sooo certain of something and told me….i have been in the car business for (not sure how many he said), and that never happens. He obviously wasn’t making money on me, so he didn’t care! I was meeting him on a Saturday , we were talking on phone and I said I’ll be there in 15 minutes! Well, I got there in 10and he supposedly got called into a meeting!! Yea right!!! So, I saw Brian Pool , Thank God! He was wonderful and come to find out, O ‘Malley was INCORRECT, guess he hasn’t been in the dealership enough years! Anyway, would I ever buy a vehicle from DeNooyer again? No way. I even brought my car in to get repaired. TWO times and still wasn’t fixed. I gave them $100 deductible for what?? I should have e just thrown 100 dollars away! I am so mad (not a strong enough word) at you people. I want that 100 back and I refuse to go back again for the THIRD time. I do have a busy life and can’t keep going back and forth to DeNooyer!!
