For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. The day I went to look and pull the trigger on the vehicle was the only good experience I had. After that it was a complete nightmare. Had to go back multiple times because of mess ups and damage to vehicle was the only good experience I had. After that it was a complete nightmare. Had to go back multiple times because of mess ups and damage to the vehicle . Had to bring the vehicle back after service installation. But the techs completely destroyed the paint and the inside of the vehicle came back to pick it up and the vehicle was trashed and full of deep scratches and they broke the light switch. Never once was did I give the impression I was in a hurry in fact I told them the opposite and I wanted it done right. Came back again for a full detail and to fix the switch . Switch was never fixed and detail was done half xxx and after my first wash all the scratches that were previously supposed 5o be fixed all reared their head. Also the swirls all over the truck from doing a rush job are Unimaginable. I will never ever ever go back or tell anyone to go there. I wish I would have walked when they had me sign after trying to sneak in an extended warranty into the deal without ever telling me. You can't imagine the scratches they put into the vehicle after doing the spray in bed liner cause the hose was let swing up and down the side of the vehicle. And the installed black lettering trying to make it up but from a half inch all around are horizontal and lateral scratching. And the truck was given to me in much worse Condition then when I left it the very first time I had to go back. Nightmare absolute nightmare. Heath Murphy tried his best to do right and stayed in constant contact but thats the only positive. Beyond 😡 More
