For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I don't know how to say this nicely but they are liars. While waiting for my car to be serviced ( $800 repair ) I went on their website and it said they honor and match all deals from certified Chevy dea While waiting for my car to be serviced ( $800 repair ) I went on their website and it said they honor and match all deals from certified Chevy dealers. So, I found a nearby dealer ( Mangino Chevy) that had a 15% discount for service on cars that have over 100K miles. Mine does and I asked them to honor what DeNooyer advertised. Donald said the best he could do was 10% and outright refused to honor what they stated on their website. I hate liars. Liars are very hard to trust, so think twice about using DeNooyer. More

They lied to us to get us in the door and then tried to swindle us into something shy of what we needed. I actually asked for a truck with a hitch and they tried hard to sell me one without one.
