I will give this a 4 star review because my dealer , Joe, was awesome. He was always extremely responsive and ready to help. I purchased a 2018 Wrangler and when I checked out the vehicle the back tire was f was awesome. He was always extremely responsive and ready to help. I purchased a 2018 Wrangler and when I checked out the vehicle the back tire was flat. My dealer notified the service techs and no one took care of it. The tire had 2 holes in it that were quite large. I brought I back a few days later thinking I would get a new fire. Everyone who looked at my tire told me I should 100% no doubt be given a new tire. I waited about two hours for the service department which made me think I was going to get a new tote. They patched both holes. I hope when I need the spare tire it holds together. I’m extremely disappointed I did not get a new tire. It was the least that could be done. When I picked up my Wrangler the tire was not fixed, the outside and inside of the Jeep was not detailed, there were still things from the previous owner in the Jeep. It was trash and cards from enterprise , which makes me assume it was a rental car that was not disclosed to me and a sandbag which had sand all over the trunk. There were still white scrapes of paint from another vehicle on it. I spent unnecessary money to have the Jeep detailed and all of those paint problems were taken care of and the inside was cleaned along with the roof that still had dirty finger prints all over it. My dealer was amazing but I’m not sure I will buy another vehicle from Denooyer if they can’t take the time to detail a vehicle or fix a tire prior to me picking it up. More
