For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. helped by Chase but not by DeNooyer I sent you a manual review but I don't know if you got it. Your service adviser Chase tried to help me but when it was found I had an aftermarket radi I sent you a manual review but I don't know if you got it. Your service adviser Chase tried to help me but when it was found I had an aftermarket radio Zurick Extended warranty, and De Nooyer did not help me . And I waited almost 2 hours for a Lyft driver to take me to get my truck and never got a call or show up. And I had to pay to get a new radio installed to replace the one I was originally told by Zurick was covered by warranty..So even though someone will not like this I went to a more affordable place for me. My recent visit to the dealership to get my car service didn’t start off too well. After I parked my car and went inside the customer service lobby, I wasn’t even acknowledged despite there being at least didn’t start off too well. After I parked my car and went inside the customer service lobby, I wasn’t even acknowledged despite there being at least 5 customer service reps either on the phone, computer or helping the one other customer. I waited for at least 3.5 minutes till I decided to go on the other side where I guess there was a “waiting line” and finally got helped. Other than that, the waiting time for my car to be serviced was good but I shouldn’t have to wait for a customer service rep who’s chatting away with his/her coworkers to be acknowledged. More
