For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Little disappointed Seemed a little hectic when we came in to pick up the car. Salesman wasnt seemed a bit occupied. I guess since sale was final no need to charm us. Once at car salesman didnt seem to interested in making sure we were familiar with car features. Never informed about option of onstar or explained sirus radion and how long iur trial is for? Bit put off by salesman. I called Zak’s cell the next day as I noticed the spare key is not working. Still have yet to receive a call back. I guess I have to drive over and stand in front if someone to get help? I dont feel like finance really searched to give us the best interest rate either but never spoke to John after he came out to say hello. More

Lack of Trust and Service I had to take my car to a second garage to identify ACTUAL problem to my car. DeNooyer wanted $260 for a problem that did not exist! A bad wheel bearing I was told was an "environmental" problem that was not covered by my costly extended warranty. I have had 3 issues with this used car and none were corrected in a timely, professional, courteous manner. This time after making light of their extreme oversight, I was barely spoken to when picking up my car, and wasn't directed to where it was parked accurately. After walking the ENTIRE lot, I found my car so closely parked to the cars on both sides I could barely get in. I have so much more to say about this interaction, but it's not worth the time. More
