oil change I had a scheduled oil change for 2:00 p.m. I arrived on time. At 3:15 I was told I was not put in the queue and that they were going to start now. Ten minutes later the man returned and asked for my keys. I did not leave there until 4:20. Quality, friendly, easy experience I was in a lease from another brand and dealership that I needed to get out of as I was close to my mile limit.
