For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Mediocre DJ was polite and super helpful. Emily was pleasant and courteous on the phone. The rest of the experience wasn't great. During the multi-point inspec DJ was polite and super helpful. Emily was pleasant and courteous on the phone. The rest of the experience wasn't great. During the multi-point inspection, it was noted that my vehicle needs rear brake pads. They didn't call to find out if I would like the brake pads serviced while they already had my vehicle. I called upon receiving an email indicating brake pads are needed and was told someone would call me back, Thirty minutes passed and my call was not returned. I phoned in again and was told my service advisor was on lunch and I would have to wait until he came back. Also, when I bring my vehicle in for service I would like it to be washed and vacuumed when it is returned to me which is not offered at this dealership. More
