Superb Service! I had my snow tires dismounted and my summer tires mounted and balance in its place on my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. There was also other services added to the service order for the same day such as an oil change, a New York State Inspection, and a four wheel alignment. All of these services were performed within 2 hours of my arrival at the service center. All of these services were done superbly with full explanations for any issues spotted with their diagnostic equipment. The prices were reasonable for what my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu needed on April 10. I would recommend this dealership for the service. More

Only fixed some of the issues So far, they haven't fixed any issues with my truck on the first try. When I bought it, the wrong fender trim was ordered and installed. This required a return trip to correct it, which they did. My tire pressure sensors were not working which was only 3/4 fixed on the first try. It took a second trip to get them all working properly. My GPS thinks I'm in a different state, apparently adrift in a hot air balloon. When I picked it up yesterday, there was literally no change in that condition which tells me they didn't even take it for a 2 minute test drive to see if it knew I was in the correct state. More
I felt feeling completely embarrassed I took my car in on a Saturday for an inspection. When I was called back into the service office, the guy working said my car failed because my brake I took my car in on a Saturday for an inspection. When I was called back into the service office, the guy working said my car failed because my brake lights were out. He didn't just say it but he basically shouted it at me. Everyone in the room heard him and other customers turned and stared at me. I was so embarrassed!!! I had no idea that my lights were out. I'm single and I'm the only one that drives my car. I have no way to test my brake lights. I can't put my foot on the brake and run back and check the lights at the same time. I felt belittled and embarrassed. I was completely mortified. I did return last night to have my car inspected again, after having my brake lights fixed elsewhere. The guy that was working the service desk was perfectly pleasant. I have no idea who the guy was on Saturday but I'll be finding a new place to get my car serviced in the future. I only returned again last night because I needed to get my inspection done ASAP. More

This is the third time my engine light came on, first time was the CO2 sensor, then the second time was the CO2 sensor again. So they replaced it. This time was something wasn’t tightened enough. Mind you my car is a 2017 only 10 thousand miles on it. I cannot not work with kenny. That man makes me go insane, I only go to Daniel in service. Not only is he friendly, but he isn’t an idiot. My star ratings are based off of Daniel!! Kenny belongs cleaning the tires, Atleast he won’t give anyone headaches doing that More
