For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Amazing I was amazed how quickly I was able to get everything taken care of. My father in law went earlier in the day to help me try and find a vehicle. He fo I was amazed how quickly I was able to get everything taken care of. My father in law went earlier in the day to help me try and find a vehicle. He found my salesman, Scott Sanderspree. While my father in law and Scott were unable to look at what I saw online, they did look for quite a bit of time. I was able to find something online and went down to check it out in person. Scott let me take it on a test drive and it was PERFECT. Everything started on a Wednesday and I was able to pick up my vehicle on Saturday. Scott in finance was awesome as well. He returned phone calls to me when I had a challenge and we were able to get everything taken care of. The only issue I had was the transfer fee for my registration was not added onto the bill of sale that was sent to my financial institution, otherwise everything was flawless. More
