For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Damien and his associates at DeNooyer made my purchase very easy. They were patient with me while I waited for my insurance company to pay out, yet moved quickly to deliver the vehicle when I was ready, T very easy. Service was great but the cashier didn't seem like she had any clue what was going on or was high and spoke so softly I couldn't hear her. She couldn't understand that I used my reward points to cover the costs of my service and spent 10 minutes looking over my paperwork, looking in the computer, looking at my paperwork again and saw that they RECOMMENDED I get new tires and tried to say that THAT cost was what I owed. I told her that I didn't get any tires and she said I was good to go. Frustrating to say the least. She was friendly enough, she just didn't know the job well enough. More
