For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I had a great experience purchasing a new truck in May. The entire team including my salesman Tony, were awesome in helping me through the process. I've purchased 5 trucks from them. I will never give them my business again, my truck was there for weeks, they killed the battery and made me pay to replace it with a new one, 125 dol I will never give them my business again, my truck was there for weeks, they killed the battery and made me pay to replace it with a new one, 125 dollars labor to change a battery is absolutely ridiculous, plus the battery was 200 dollars. They had my truck to replace a fuel control modular, they couldn't get the part so my truck sat there for a month, they replaced the part, charged me for it, I picked it up drove it home and the next day the trick would not even start, 1,000 bill and it wasn't even the problem,. Towed back there and they found a bad wire, so I got stuck buying a part and paying labor for a part it didn't even need, place is an absolute joke. More
