Bad Customer Service. Could not a get a quote on a simple remote car starter for about a month. Decided to try one last time and went to website, where a Bot promptly asked me for my phone number and email, remote car starter for about a month. Sent a message directly to the Dealer through their website complaining about the bad service. Hilariously got an email back "Thanking me for the Lead" and asking again for my phone number. If only Customer Service was actually about the people again, not getting as many phone numbers or email address's for the data base. Lost 2 customers with this one bad moment. More

I am very happy the the service that I received yesterday. Bob from service graciously took my vehicle in for me to have some warranty work completed as I did not have time during the day to do th yesterday. I am very grateful that he was able to help me out as my work schedule would not permit me to get to Albany prior to your dealership closing.
