15000 mile checkup I was able to book an appt. at my convenience. When I got there service advisor reminded me it was time for my 15000 mile check. He gave me brochure I was able to book an appt. at my convenience. When I got there service advisor reminded me it was time for my 15000 mile check. He gave me brochure and explained what it would entail (I knew I needed the tires rotated). However there was no pressure and he did not try to press for things I didn’t need. The price was pointed out ahead of time and he even tried to find me a discount coupon, although I had already brought one. I settled into the comfortable lounge greeted by free WiFi, coffee and bagels (though I didn’t indulge) and DJ came in to announce all was ready in less than 1 1/2 hours later. Car was left clean and waiting in front of building. More
