A nightmare I don't know where to begin. I went from a satisfied customer of 5 years to a person who would never buy a vehicle from DeNooyer again in one service I don't know where to begin. I went from a satisfied customer of 5 years to a person who would never buy a vehicle from DeNooyer again in one service visit-and this went far beyond the extensive services to a vehicle. Water pump and air conditioner compressor went at 49000 miles. This for a vehicle that had been well taken care of and kept on dealer service since I bought it new. By paying for dealer service there are certain expectations that the vehicle will be maintained and might avoid such repairs. In addition, I was given a phone number by the service representative to text or call during the day. I never got a response midday, and when I finally did, it was a terse NO SIR when I left a message on voicemail at 4:30. Then the person said they left 3 voicemails, but they were never left at the number I had given her in the morning, and she argued about that. I never received the satisfaction survey as usual. I guess Denooyer only wants to get and publish the good things. More

Heard another woman complaining with a similar issue and another gentleman in front of me who was also no very happy. I won't be back. My Salesman however, Jason Taz Hall, gives amazing service but can only do so much after the sale. He did manage to figure out a way to get me to work w/o taking a shuttle since they also have no loaners... More
