First time at a dealership for service I was really nervous to take my car to the dealership because I've heard they are much more expensive than local mechanics. Very helpful and professional. I was having a shift issue with my car , I spoke with Rick Finney about it and he was well aware of the issue and very knowledgeable about the fix . Nothing special Thought since was my first visit that there would be more enthusiasm. I compare this with Mohawk Honda where they always seem happy to see you. Oil changes I have been there 3 times. The 2nd time, I was forgotten and was there almost 3 hours. On top of that, for some reason, my truck needed another oil ch I have been there 3 times. The 2nd time, I was forgotten and was there almost 3 hours. On top of that, for some reason, my truck needed another oil change less than 2500 miles later. Everyone is very nice but someone really messed up that time More
